Kirk is very professional and knows his buisness. My transmission went down on a Friday, had it towed over to Axis and Kirk had a new torque converter, pump and seals in and ready for pick up on Wednesday. That was all while we had a big ol snow storm too. Thank you Kirk, had my truck tuned properly, no more misfires and transmission is running great!! Thanks again Axis Transmission. Got my vehicle in and out as promised! Didn’t try to over sell anything. Great communication and solid service. Might have the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Hope I don’t need to see him again but if I do, he will be the first person I go to.
