Axis Strength Training is a fitness center that utilizes a mix of Strength Training, Olympic Weightlifting, and Military Style training. For those that may struggle with a healthy diet, a Nutritional Program is also offered to members. We cater to both the beginner and the elite athlete.

Axis fitness has put me into the best shape i’ve been in since highschool and without a doubt all the props to all the wonderful staff who go out of their way every day to make the difference in others lives. Every day is a new experience and that’s why I choose axis over and over!

the VIBE. The process was smooth, Carolyn was Great, im so glad that i had her has my trainer. Performing different sets of workouts everyday and having a Goal is a A+ to me. This is definitely a Life Style!
