Easy to deal with, they are quick to respond and don't charge an arm and a leg for strata documents like most stratas do.
Who are these people posting 1 star reviews? In 20 years of strata management service we are bound to have people post derogatory comments. You cannot satisfy all the people, all the time. People take this opportunity to post because their needs were not met in favour of the majority needs.
Steven has zero customer service. Super rude. For the annual fire inspection he sent a notice for “all tenants” to leave the front door open and go to our bedrooms. I emailed back to say we’re owners and I intend on wearing a mask and keeping distance but I will be in the same room. Instead of emailing back to say that’s sufficient, he threatened that I either “need to comply or face charges”. Clearly he didn’t even finish reading my email.
