Terrible service. From reading the response to other patients feed back it is clear the general attitude is complete indifference. Waited 1.5 hours and still did not see Glassman. No reason, just "sorry". Drove 30 minutes to get there in addition. I too have a job. Notified the schedule person that I was cancelling any further appointments, the response was "well, its your decision sir". No follow up as to why? Couldn't have cared less. Medical visits can be hit or miss, but my experience with Dr. Jessica B. Jameson, "the Dr that sings," was definitely a positive one. She handled both my injections and radiofrequency ablation on both sides of my back with great skill. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again, though I'm still searching for a long-term fix for my back pain. On a separate note, I deeply appreciate her service to our country. Thank you, Dr. Jameson, for your dedication.
Poor quality establishment. Although I believe Dr. Alla made an effort, the organization was run in a draconian way that belittles injured people and treats them like criminals. When I asked for a simple doctor’s note to give my employer, I was met with an authoritarian/security agent who advised me to leave the premises. This agent’s request was intimidative and implied hostility. I suggest looking for an alternative provider and steering clear of Axis Spine Center.
Dr. Glassman is fantastic. I greatly appreciate his direct, and factual analysis of patient spinal conditions, as well as his approach to their respective treatments. Initially, I was a little discouraged that he requested more testing, as I was hoping to see some relief in the forecast, after dealing with pain issues for some time. But, in the end, I am beyond grateful.
