2-18-25 (2 years after first review) Ok ..so I noticed 0ver 1300 people have read my review in the past 2 years. Ive realized alot of folks are making a big decision. What I have learned in the past 2 years.. Ive go to share. First my rating was not fair.. I didnt know enogh.. Here is what Ive learned.. First axis spine is as good as any other in back surgery. I have been struggling to get help for over 15 years. I have been told my back isn’t that bad, that I need to lose weight and stretch. I have had multiple CTs, MRIs, and X-Rays. I have been ordered to gyms, physical therapy, and chiropractors. Multiple providers have attempted to prescribe me, muscle relaxers, or pain medication, which I will not take because they don’t fix the problem. This place is horrible for care! There's absolutely no communication with you at all. You ask for all the paperwork to fill out because your hands don't work well. And you get to your appt and have even more to fill out when you ask why. They say I don't know. They want you to sit and fill out paperwork with your head down... neck issues. They are rude and not friendly at check-in. They call you to approve a shot that you have no idea why you need it cause they don't feel it is important to explain your mri results.
