Extremely Disappointed – Work Not Completed, No Accountability I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience has been completely unacceptable and needs to be shared. We were referred to this plumbing company by our home warranty provider after experiencing water backing up into our basement. It was reported that there were roots in the main line. If I could give less the one star, I would. Maybe it was because we contacted them thru a home warranty company (this was a recently purchased home in Cleveland Ohio area) but Axis Plumbing was awful. The problem stemmed from a leak visible from our second floor ceiling (home has 3 floors) which we initially thought was from the roof. Roofer came by checked everything thoroughly and demonstrated there was no evidence of moisture coming from the outside (it had recently rained). I would not recommend this company at all. They are unorganized and the secretary was very unprofessional. I didn't want to give 1-star for this company.
Our warranty company sent Axis Plumbing to repair a sink leak and replace a faucet. The technician from Axis, whose name is Andy, did a fantastic job at diagnosing the leak and fixing it within minutes. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and worked fast and accurately to solve our problem. Communication with Axis from beginning until the job was done was excellent. What a great business! I highly recommend them!!
Couldn’t recommend it more. 10/10🤩
