I was referred by my practioner, and they were great. I saw Patricia most often, and she was always kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She created an 8 week plan with a weekly visit and at-home exercises, specifically to help relieve the pain in my knees and get stronger. Each vist she checked in, and made adjustments. She listened to any concerns and answered questions. My knees feel better, I feel stronger, and I am going to continue with her recommendations. Highly recommended! Plus fun music in the office area.

Do not go here. The staff does not keep accurate notes on ANYTHING. The medical advice they gave me was just WRONG (I'm going to a different PT now, and they CONFIRMED that). The staff are rude. Stay away.

I have been seeing Leslie, a PT, who does my sessions at Cascade Peak Performance gym. He has 'fixed' my shoulder-- no pain now. We're working on my knee which has been a chronic problem over many years. It is so much better already. I love that we are at the gym because Leslie can show me equipment to use between sessions and the trainers at the gym can plan my exercise schedule to support both the PT and my other issues. Wonderful resources.
