I had tried other physio and osteos but didn’t truly get the treatment I needed until visiting Axis Osteo! Ella, Amy & Brit are all amazing in clinical pilates (highly recommend) and Brit has worked some magic in her Osteo sessions! She is so knowledgeable and incredibly talented at what she does. I’m so grateful to have found Axis! ❤️

Amy is FANTASTIC in helping me with my back and neck pain. The whole team is very welcoming and it’s always such a pleasure visiting the place.
All of the staff at Axis are so warm and lovely. Everyone is friendly and has made me feel comfortable and welcome in group Pilates sessions as well as 1:1 consultations. I always leave having received a holistic treatment, thanks amazing team!!
