When I first moved into Axis One, Elaine and Nikki were the office managers, and it was a wonderful place to live. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have gone downhill significantly. The elevators are constantly broken. On two separate occasions, the fire department had to respond because someone was trapped inside. My father lived here for almost 4 years until he passed away recently at 79. The staff at Axis One was beyond kind and compassionate. They supported me and my father like family. The maintenance staff helped my father with so many things when he first moved in. I live in Jacksonville Fl so wasn't able to help with the things they were able to help with. The team at Axis is fabulous, Mrs. MCCONNELL the property manager is beyond professional and experienced in her field she is fast responding to issues, fixes problems promptly she's very polite everyone loves her speaking to others and maintenence is great and staff in the lobby is great they all work together swiftly that's what makes everything jive.
I’m enjoying living at AxisOne and have just signed my fourth lease. During my 3+ years here at AxisOne I am recently extremely encouraged by the quality of life here with the new management team. We have been living here for 5 years and we were going to secure another place but after searching and searching and speaking to Jackie and the team Izak and Jenn we decided to stay and said there’s no better place better than Axis One and I appreciate the team here they have helped us tremendously.
