Nurse Kristen Norris-Bo was awesome!!!! I advise those who need physicals to come down to Axis they are great! Customer service was Excellent!!
All I can say is WOW!!! I was completely blown away by my visit at axis occupational health. From Mykyla at the front desk to the medical assistants Shay and Katlyn all the way to my physician Kristen Norris! I’ve been struggling with my asthma for YEARS and not once has a physician really listened to my concerns about my struggles. Great Customer Service, I’m a very difficult person to draw blood from, and I usually have to go to my personal provider to have blood drawn, but today Shannon was awesome, she made the process so my better and she was patient, considerate and accurate in doing her duties. Great job Shannon! The providers that I saw today were amazing as well.
