They are not located on Campbell... it almost downtown Dallas. And they know this and still won't fix it or let people know that are wanting to get medical supplies from them

If I could leave zero stars I would. First of all, EVERY person in the lobby had a complaint. They totally messed up my order the 1st time. It got worse after that. They were supposed to deliver my order on the 22nd. I went up there, completely out of my way, on the 26th. I had to wait 30 mins because it hadn't even been processed. The last screw up happened when NOBODY would return my calls. This went on for 3 days. They still would not resolve my problem. They should update their address by indicating that they moved to a different location! Sucks to be in traffic and do a long drive just to find out they are not longer located here. Seriously?!

I am a disable and my supplies are now being serviced by Axis Medical, prior to Axis I was receiving my supplies through Parkland. Since the Parkland has begun to use Axis the customer service seems to be beyond the capabilities for Axis to handle. I have been told many times (each month) that my supplies would be delivered by a certain date. This date has now changed 3 times and I have not ever had my supplies delivered on time. I wish this could be negative stars. They are horrendous. They held my sisters wheelchair seat cushion hostage for over a month and a half. Nobody communicated with us and then they lied about trying to deliver it. I would not recommend then to anyone.
