Bought a new iCare unit to get us by while we sent out previous 7 year old unit in for repairs. The brand new unit stopped functioning almost immediately. When we sent it in for inspection and repair they quoted a $750 bill stating repairs not under warranty. Buyer beware.
Very nice staff. Mr NITIN from the service department is very helpful.
This company does not have customer service behind the products they sell. As a business owner myself, I felt they sell the products and find ways to deviate the responsibility after the fact. I don’t think this line of thinking is just the staff, I think it gets passed on from ownership level to the management then employees. I personally will not do business with this company and let others know as well.
