Axis has the best staff I have ever encountered! Even before I was a patient, I went to the office for my husband and felt extremely welcomed. Special shout-out to Jordan who has always taken such good care of both of us and helped me get started as a patient myself. Kayla has only been working with me for a short time but instantly made me feel heard and understood with my concerns. Just getting started on the right track for my mental health journey has helped more than I can describe. I cannot recommend Axis enough.

Ross Van Allen is great! I feel safe and comfortable discussing issues with him. It feels like he is willing to listen and help address my concerns, while making appropriate changes to my medication when needed. He is the reason I keep coming back to Axis.
Don't go here. I had a nurse practitioner fill my meds up for me and they were wrong. She neglected to tell me where I would be able to receive my shot when and where I spoke to one of the PA's about this and he never got back to me. I have 8 different meds and she only filled up one and told me I'd be able to get refills on the rest of them in a month. Working with Dr. Ross Van Allen is always such a positive experience. He takes time to listen and talk things through, which is a rare find and makes me feel like I have a say in my treatment and wellness! All of the other staff is awesome and kind too!
