I have had a fantastic experience here. It is very easy to schedule/reschedule appointments via text and they have a lot of availability. The patient portal and telehealth site works great. I feel very heard and understood by my provider. I just wish Kayla didn't leave but understand these things happen. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Mental health startup with an overseas phone team that rarely gets what you need. Things you will likely deal with: Missed prescriptions. Any scheduling conflicts will always be your fault so don't expect to be give a shit about here. Techs will be late to start the appointments but again, that's your problem, not theirs. Cancelled appointments without notice. Being gaslit that they are super busy with a fully empty lobby, no phone calls or anything else going on. I have seen psychiatrists and psychologists for over the last 40 years. The folks Axis integrated Mental Health are by far the most knowledgeable and understanding that I have ever known. I feel privileged to be a patient.

I would give Axis 0 stars if I could. Which is unfortunate because I originally would’ve given them 5. I think that is my biggest problem is that I was lulled into a false sense of security with them. I attended Spravato appts for a little over a month at always evening appts. Passed my first urinalysis drug test perfectly because I am not on any illicit substances. My partner is a defense contractor and we are a drug free household. It started out great the NP Kayla would listen and kept me on the same medicine that worked for me for years. Then she wanted to change it cut me off cold turkey of a med that could cause seizures and death stopping cold turkey. I had to go to the hospital where they said they would have her get me an appt right away to re prescribe that medication.
