Mental health startup with an overseas phone team that rarely gets what you need. Things you will likely deal with: Missed prescriptions. Any scheduling conflicts will always be your fault so don't expect to be give a shit about here. Techs will be late to start the appointments but again, that's your problem, not theirs. Cancelled appointments without notice. Being gaslit that they are super busy with a fully empty lobby, no phone calls or anything else going on. Axis has saved my life. Kayla is the most compassionate provider I have ever had. Bliss goes above and beyond to manager her office and everyone knows my name and treats me with care, respect and kindness. I have seen psychiatrists and psychologists for over the last 40 years. The folks Axis integrated Mental Health are by far the most knowledgeable and understanding that I have ever known. I feel privileged to be a patient.
