This company is beyond terrible. They provide you insurance cards that are false and don't allow you to access any of your benefits online. Their online portal is absolutely terrible and cannot log you in
I wish I could put ZERO STARS .. this company sucks .. they dont cover any tests that I need .. they dont even cover blood work , I got a $1800 bill for blood work .. I need some test done because I'm having heart issues and they wont cover any of them .. they guy who sold me this insurance talked a good game . But him and every other salesman is an fn thief
Can't login, can't get a hold of anyone at my benefits keeper, the only phone number on the axis website is "no longer in service". Pretty sure it's a scam and the 5 star reviews are fake.
