My experience with CareMind has been one of the most frustrating, disorganized, and emotionally exhausting healthcare experiences I have ever had. My doctor and the receptionist are amazing.
When I had a provider, I didn't have an issue. Within a couple of years I had three different providers as they kept leaving. My last provider left over a year ago, and despite reaching out, I have been left hanging, no contact, no access to care. Beyond unacceptable.
