I love that I can get affordable mental health care right in town! I have had a great experience with their staff in person & over the phone. Highly recommend!
The practitioners I have seen have been great but they never stay long, I assume because the company isn’t great to work for. Getting a prescription filled or getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible. Half the time the phone line doesn’t even work, the other times, I get sent through several employees to a voice mailbox and then nobody gets back to me. They never respond to my pharmacies requests for refills... For a mental health clinic, this is a mess.
