Sincerely disappointed that they are unable to help people unless they are experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts. Despite what they advertise, they do not have medication providers available for the crisis walk in. They did not have a fully licensed clinician available that was able to provide anything other than a referral to medication management that would take over a week to get into. literally denied me higher care, even tho my situation was horrible. i had been there 3 times. therapists do not care about you, and the people you talk to in booking, omg are so rude. this one man i was talking to called me a B word, and i was so done. the food? horrible. nothing, almost no options. the beds feel like concrete, the pillow cases are literally sandpaper, the showers barely work, NO feminine products. and a little hair brush for people with thick hair like me! also you get no sunlight. you can go outside. but ... read more

Crisis center doesn't have anyone available to talk to for 3 weeks Better not be in a crisis when you come to the crisis center! What an embarrassing lack of resources
