Dr. Chorley was absolutely amazing. Yes, the wait times are very long, but for good reason. He spent over an hour with me and my mom; discussing my case and assessing me. He is definitely worth the wait!
I have been going here for 15 years because Dr, Chorley is here and he is a wonderful doctor who saved my life. In those 15 years everything else about the office has been a disaster. It is the worst medical practice I have ever had anything to do with. They lose faxes, forget to send referrals, don't update their portal (except to send bills), change personnel weekly it seems, and never respond to phone calls. I specifically called to get an IV treatment and the lady on the phone told me to come in that she could get me in that morning. When I arrived they told me since they don’t accept my insurance I would need to pay $89 out of pocket, so I go ahead and pay the $89. They take me back to a room and said I needed an exam first and after the exam they said I would need to do blood work in order to get an IV therapy treatment which would be an additional cost.
