Dr. put me in the schedule with my other eye doctor. I go there and the receptionist told me he could not see me for hours. I drove pretty far so I ended up just waiting. The staff ended up getting me in before their lunch. The front staff was not as helpful. They did not ask for my insurance I gave it to them and they wouldn't collect my deductible so I got a bill in the mail. The doctor was nice.
