Lifesavers! Our upstairs toilet started leaking through the bottom and through the ceiling downstairs. It was after 6pm on a Sunday and storm Ashley was really starting to lash outside. I called Axis and they picked up within one ring. Melanie was very helpful and reassuring and said she’d get an engineer out within an hour. She did exactly that and the guy who came was superb.
