I’ve been a consistent patient for over 5 years, always on time and rarely ever cancel, especially since I have braces and need regular cleanings. I even travel in from Niagara, so I take appointments seriously. I had to cancel last minute because I was in a car accident. They only care about money! I declined fixing my cracked crown because it was too expensive. Once they realized my crown was under warranty and they’d have to replace it for free, suddenly I needed a root canal for roughly the same price. My sister in law, Jackie Chu, made herself my Dentist. I told her immediately that this was a conflict of interest. I accused her of trying to view my medical records. I told her I wanted to sign the documentation, under Duress, but she didn’t want that. Dr. Chu was forceful, and didn’t give me enough information of the appointment.
