Do not go here if you want comprehensive and compassionate oral medical care. This is the chop shop of dentistry. They prioritize any way they can maximize their billing. To that end you will find that they have extensive hours of operation so getting an appointment would never be an issue.
I will never go there again. They make you go through several assistants and rip you off. I didn't even see a dentist during my consultation appointment for an implant. When I first booked my appointment, the lady told me there were no charges for the consultation and X-rays, which made me feel very good. However, when I arrived, the assistant in charge told me that I will have to pay for the x-rays. Never recommend to my contacts.
They do a great job inside the clinic. Very professional however the reception can be very black and white and a bit rude. I was not able to make an appointment due to a family emergency that affected me and I called when I realized I missed the appointment. Instead of being met with compassion I was scolded for not calling to let them know. As if they are my priority in that moment. It definitely has left a bad taste in my mouth for this organization. Please do better with customer service
This posh dental boutique offers almost everything you need about dental care. We are pleased with how the staff gently deal with new patients. Ginette is exemplary professional in her calm approach to new patients, initiating a friendly conversation. The hygienist is likewise helpful, same thing with Jasmin who effortlessly explained the cost of implant.
