This has been the absolute worst experience i could have ever imagined. I only wish I could share the same review as others. You hear stories about contractors and how horrible it is to work with them. We started the process of picking this contractor for our pool remodel in March. After meeting twice, first to pick plaster and tile then again to pick decking options we thought this would go fairly easy. 1st response was after picking your colors work will start in the next 2 weeks then should have completion within 4 weeks.... read more

I am more than happy 😊 We had an amazing experience with Axis Customs Pool during our pool remodel. Ben took the time to invite us into his office, where we could pick out the tile and plaster from a ton of great options. The team, led by Cesar, worked quickly and did such a fantastic job. They even made sure to test for any leaks and took care of the plaster recovery. We're really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them if you're thinking about remodeling your pool!
