My partner bought a car from here and was told that there were no faults and that an oil leak was repaired. My partner took the vehicle to Vauxhall for a vehicle health check and that came back with a number of problems, including an oil leak, which totals to £1.8k in repairs. As my partner was still within his 30 days of purchase and within his rights, he brought this to the attention of Axis Autos and requested a full refund and to give the car back. Good stock of entry level motors, knowledgable and helpful staff, only 1 star mark down is because the site is challenging to get to and surrounded by smashed up vehicles not related to Axis but off putting none the less. DON'T BE OFFPUT , THOUGH , I had a great result and daughter is now running around in a lovely little Fiat.
The car storage area is a bit muddy. Not great when you are trying to look at a car. But, the staff were great. Polite, friendly and honest.
Good service but I'll know how good the service is very soon?
