No visitor parking. Pest control is bad on the first floor. Did not get reply from email reach out. High utility fees. You even need to pay if you set up pet account. But the maintenance response is quick. The manager is so bad. I was asking and disagreeing with some move-out fee. He did not reply. While I was waiting for the reply, they sent me debt collector mail.
***UPDATE #2 9/11/2025 Parking here is a mess. There are so many reserved spots that no one ever uses, especially at night, while the rest of us are circling around trying to find a place to park. It really doesn’t make sense those spots should be opened up to residents who actually need them. Trying to get in touch with the office is almost impossible. Best apartments to n westmont
I had a terrible experience with this office leasing agency. The staff was extremely rude and claimed that they had answered my questions via email, even though the office was open. Another employee had previously informed us that we could ask questions after our tour. I would recommend not wasting your time dealing with them.
