The cost is reasonable, but there are clear cost cutting measures in play. I love my studio unit, and I can walk to work at UH. After some staffing changes in the past couple years, management has gotten better at responding to emails and concerns (I very appreciated Ryan when he was here, and now Mara and Naomi). I feel compelled to share my experience with this apartment, as the level of service provided does not align with the fees charged. The frequent turnover of staff has created considerable challenges for residents, making it difficult to address concerns effectively. One major issue is the garbage chute, which is often clogged, forcing residents to leave their trash in the hallway and resulting in an unpleasant odor.
