After some time to reflect, I feel it’s important to share my experience as a warning to others. I had an extremely disappointing and costly experience at this salon, where an individual working there—allegedly an independent contractor—took $1,030 from me under circumstances I still consider to be dishonest. While the salon claims these stylists are independent, I find it concerning that the owner manages their schedules and promotes them on the salon’s official pages, yet takes no responsibility when things go wrong.
