I had a new Frigidaire double oven , the oven is an absolute lemon . Loews sent AXIS repair out . These people are the best. They are kind , respectful, and waste no time getting to the problem. From setting the appointment to their timely arrival , i can’t say enough good about this company. In these days it’s hard to find reliable ethical people . Thank you AXIS for your great work !!! I did a job for them to post 24 ads for $25 and never got payment of my $25
If there was a way not to give a star, it would be that. Worst company I have ever dealt with. No customer service. Going on two weeks of no communication and I have cancelled the service and my warranty service
I wish there was a "ZERO" star to give them. I have AHS and my refrigerator stopped working 4 days ago. I called AHS and they assigned Axis Appliance Repair. I called their office at Oceanside (760-439-7522). I explained the emergency of my case having just one refrigerator out of service with small kids at home. But the CS told me the earliest would be 4 days from now. They gave me Friday the May 5th any time between 3:00 to 6:00. On Friday at 4:30 I called and asked what time they are coming. The worst service company ever. Do NOT use this company. They sent a technician from street with no knowledge of appliance. They made me wait 4 hours. showed up 1 hour late. Technician was googling how to repair infront of me. They charged $75 dollars for no reason. Next day I called 10 times but no one answers the phone. They send people who have no clue of fixing the appliance. Never use them if you want your appliance be fixed. I give them -10 stars.
Absolutely awful! Do not... I'll even repeat, do not use these people - especially if you are the one paying money to use them. Luckily we had them through AHS (also awful!) so we did not incur the costs associated with this job. They had to come out 6 times - yes 6 times and over the course of a couple of months to not even be able to fix a simple washer leak.
