I have been living at Axis for a year now, and I am planning to renew my lease. It is a perfect place to live—very clean and well organized. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team responds very quickly and works efficiently. The location is excellent, less than five minutes drive from UB South Campus, making it an ideal place for students. They also host student gatherings and celebrations, which creates a great community atmosphere. I am truly very happy living at Axis.
Lived here during my entire junior year and have to say it's one of the pretty good reliable apartment buildings I've lived in. 1) Fastest internet I've had in any apartment with no downtime. I believe the speeds were around 300-500 Mbps download/upload on Ethernet. Have been to and stayed at Axis 360 for many nights. The amenities such as the recreational center and gym are always well kept after and clean. Have spoken to the workers on many occasions, always extremely pleasant. Amr at the front desk worked with me on finding a missing package and helped one my friends with a water problem, treating it with urgency which I really appreciated. Overall, a very nice residential complex, made better by a friendly staff like Amr.
