Have been to and stayed at Axis 360 for many nights. The amenities such as the recreational center and gym are always well kept after and clean. Have spoken to the workers on many occasions, always extremely pleasant. Amr at the front desk worked with me on finding a missing package and helped one my friends with a water problem, treating it with urgency which I really appreciated. Overall, a very nice residential complex, made better by a friendly staff like Amr.

There are many good things I can say about this place but one of the things that stood out for me is the customer service. If anything breaks in the apartment, you can simply give them a call, and they’ll fix it the same day or by the next day at the latest.
Absolutely worse hot tub I’ve been in , got a leg infection from it. Was hospitalized for 3 nights they never called me back or anything. Also rent is outrageously expensive for the services that we expect that we should have.
After living here for 3 years and still planning to live here for another, I can safely say that I am so happy with my choice. The buildings are always clean and the staff is constantly readily available. Amr specifically is my leasing consultant and helps me remember to sign my papers. He also works at the front desk and is always a happy soul whenever I see him. He is always smiling and just radiates positive energy. I would 100% recommend living here.
