Axis 201 is a beautiful, modern building with spacious apartments and a great pool. I feel safe and comfortable here and would generally stay here again. Unfortunately, my apartment was not properly cleaned and prepared when I arrived. There was a lot of pet hair, including on the sofa, dirty surfaces, a poorly cleaned shower, a dirty refrigerator, and a dirty dryer. I have nothing to gain from disclosing this information just sharing my experience and trying to help future apartment seeker avoid getting tied up living somewhere that could become a huge stress around their life I am one of many residents have complained about their interactions with the leasing office employees — in my opinion they are verbally aggressive, misrepresent situations in order to legally protect themselves even when they are distorting the truth, and passive aggressive. I have been there for three months so far so good to be honest but the office are horrible in their job my wife car is already registered on system and we paid for garage so her car has towed from inside garage because of what the tags wasn’t in right place it has to be on front mirror so we went to office I was trying to tell them we have permits for garage and we are paying for it and the car info already on system why you let them to towed my car and you know this garage is for residence, just because is tag is dropped of... read more
