Living at Axis 201 has been one of my biggest regrets. The worst part? Maintenance is impossible to reach after 5pm, even during emergencies. They advertise 24-hour emergency maintenance, but after 6pm, you can’t get ahold of anyone. My AC unit has now broken twice, and both times I had to sleep through 90-degree heat for two nights with no help. After countless calls, they finally came, but couldn’t fix it. This has been the worse place I moved to. They are terrible! Everything is poor quality and they claim to be “luxury apartment”. Their AC units are constantly getting damage! I had to be in my apartment in the heat with temperatures >85 F!! Submitted requests, called, sent emails and no one was able to help on a timely manner. It’s been two days and I have no AC and some of the tenants don’t either. They offer coffee, but you have a very small window to get it, basically only unemployed people can have some.
