Experience of living here for 3 months so far: While the apartment units and amenities are OK, the noise insulation is terrible. We can CLEARLY hear our neighbor's TV EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, often past midnight. What's most disappointing is the lack of action from management. We've sent multiple emails and even had security knock on the neighbor's door at 1 AM, but the problem persists. It's clear that the lease rules about quiet hours are not enforced here. This is an incredible place to live! From the moment I started my search, the experience was excellent. The leasing officers at Axis 201 were so friendly and helpful, making the touring process whether in-person or virtual incredibly easy and enjoyable. The facilities here are top-notch, and I have to give a special shout-out to the gym, which is well-equipped and perfect for my daily workouts.
