Great, personal and effective service. Had a technical problem just before Christmas and, despite getting very late in the day and into the evening, Johan persevered to ensure we weren't without our beloved pool/spa for our large family gathering!
Johann was amazing! Our pool was on the verge of turning green and he managed to not only save it but also helped me to understand how my pool works and what we can do next time. I'm very thankful for his services even though he wasn't feeling the best! 100% recommend him. He is extremely honest and let's you learn about your pool on the way! He even dropped off our new filter. Will only use his services moving forward!
I have utilised the services of Axiove on a number of occasions now over the last couple of months. Johann identified a pump issue and replaced a pump for me within 48hrs. Excellent service, when no one else would respond to me. Extremely helpful with ongoing pool advice and general pool management. I have no hesitation in recommending Axiove.
Johan was great at the start... then after i signed maintenance no one attended in the first month i had to chase it up after mony was taken out of my account. He then showed up unannounced at outr house no booking made and told me they service the pool hinge gates and make sure all equipment was checked and tested. none of that was done, did a backwash checked levels and then left. we go to use the pool for the first time and BAM error on the cell, low water level. when i queried why the pool cell was failing and I checked ... read more
Absolutely disgusting customer service, long story short my hubby came to buy one part for our pool, and he looking for a particular one, but they don't have it! The owner of this shop recommends another much more expensive one and promises it will work even better! but unfortunately part was not working, my husband ran to another shop, to buy another part much cheaper and it's working!
