My experience here has been amazing! my needs feel heard here. Everyone I've interacted with was kind and very helpful and my doctor recommended KAP therapy for post-traumatic stress & anxiety and I can say it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and continues to get lighter. I've been more present in my day to day, and I've been able to get my vices under control.
