Outstanding CNC machines with top notch customer service! Everything I've read about Axiom's support is 100% true; their team is very kind and helpful. I bought an AR8 Elite Machine in late 2021 and couldn't be happier with it.

I began my journey into CNC with an XCarve benchtop machine. It was an OK starter setup. But it was less than totally accurate. I ruined as much as half of the wood I tried to carve on that machine. It was during my first visit to Axiom for a basic VCarve training class that I first learned of the Axiom brand. Great Company, Quality Products, and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE! Still a novice when it comes to running my CNC. I've had it for 4-5 years and over that time I've had to call for support a few times ( User error not a problem with my CNC ). EVERY time they have been prompt to answer and happy to assist me through my issue. In an age where customer service is terrible with most companies, these guys are GREAT! Thank you Chad for your assistance again today.
