This is a clown show. If you want your loved ones to be spoken ill of behind their back by ownership then this is the place for you. This was a good company to work for but unfortunately as time goes on they don't seem to take care of their clinicians very well like not giving them a caseload and giving one person 45 patients. After several calls made to the company asking for a case load I was presented with please don't call us or please take down your post only because I was looking for work. The Clinicians are good but they have a straight crybaby owner or manager...whatever he claims to be when he is not making hollow threats to his employees....short story...Kyle sucks....his communication is non existant and his breath smells like he eats whole dill pickles without chewing. As a side note nearly every one of these five star reviews are from people who work for the company. Don't believe me look up their name on LinkedIn.
My mother has been a patient with Axiom for a while now and has had an amazing experience with the therapist who treats her. The owner, however, is a different story. Deborah came out to do an evaluation/discharge for her and my mother was distraught afterwards. Deborah didn't greet her upon entering and went almost immediately into scolding about all the things she believed my mother wasn't doing.
