I had a terrible experience with AXIOM Mutual Insurance Company. As first-time homebuyers, we temporarily moved in with family and no longer needed tenant insurance. When I reached out to AXIOM to discuss our home insurance options, they refused coverage without providing any logical reasoning. They simply stated that the house had a combination of aluminum and copper wiring, which is still accepted by the majority of insurance companies and the Electrical Safety Authority.
