This is the worse place to work. Everyone working here is there only because they need a paycheck. The owner is petty, micromanages your work and attacks people’s character under false pretenses. It’s sad that he is mentally and verbally abusive to employees. Everyone there is afraid to talk to him about work due to his personality being bi-polar. Do NOT work here. It’s like an insane asylum!!!
I have found the people there from management to the engineers to the billing person all very helpful and easy to deal with. Roger in engineering is who I have the most dealing with. His is very knowledgeable and helpful.
