If zero stars were possible that's what they would get. I'm an insurance agent simply trying to get a fax number to send a letter for their client. They open at 9am but no one answers the phone - 3 phone calls and the first two went to voicemail... currently on hold on the 3rd call for 10 minutes and counting... for a simple fax number. On their website their fax number is incorrect, their email also kicks back... I have never dealt with this in my 5+ years working in insurance. Horrible!!!
Don’t waste your money with this insurance. They are unprofessional and just take your money. My lawyer will file lawsuits against them. I really don’t recommend them. Not even one star.
Work for a car dealer and I had to have a customer go Agent herself because they would not return a phone call for 3 hours and i called them 6 times. It happened again to a colleague still the worst agent ever Haha stay away!
This particular location is one of the worst location you could ever go for any Insurance. The people there are rude have an attitude love to gossip and argue in front of customers. The location should be open at 9 AM because they were gossiping they open at 9:15 am they got mad at me because I knocked on the door. Are usually go to the Boston Road location never had a problem over there the people are nice and courteous. Think twice before you come to this location.
Always good service, best rates by far.
