They've gone out of their way to make sure I got injections that I needed.
The way the business and company works is just awful. They don't send prior authorizations for meds right away, so surprise! People don't get their meds when they need them. Sometimes they are so overbooked that they end up running 15 minutes or more behind schedule or the office calls and ends up rescheduling altogether. I will say that the therapists themselves are wonderful, which is why I continue going. But man, the company itself should really operate better than this because it's pathetic and embarrassing.
