I have been a member of this bank since they were Urban Trust. Today I am going in to close my accounts this location leaves much to be desired. I contacted them in November regarding a service fee I kept seeing on my account, and was informed that I had not used my debit card 10 times for the month, I informed them that when I opened the account I was told there would be no service fee as long as a certain balance was maintained apparently this has changed but no notification given to me.
