I keep calling due to an inconvenience of my card for it is continually started to be declined just over night, and when I called them OVER AND OVER for a resolve During their hours of operation they would not pick up from “hold”! Bank is over an hour away as I have just moved and I need a resolve Now!
Don't use this BANK.. they are not a real bank...I was asked to wait 2 weeks for $ 2O I put in a ATM..I was embarrassed at the place I tried to use ATM card...No one cared..Next time use a real bank. .I will settle my accounts with othe banks and hopefully one will give me a REAL account..this one gave me restrictions so BEWARE ..
No local branch phone number to reach out to if you need help. The automated system gives very few choices and when I did finally get a CSR she was rude and of no help at all. Thinking of changing banks. Beware! Poor customer service.
