I would not recommend this apartment complex. after my first month or so the bugs started to come in and just recently when we had a lot of rain i noticed stains in my ceiling (3rd floor) which were signs of leaks in the roof. also management didn’t seem to be on one accord at all times, it was difficult to contact them unless you went the office, and there were changes made without notice at times. the only upsides were being so close to food lion and the area is quite for the most part.
I have loved living here the past three years. Staff are great. They take good care of their property.
The community itself is awesome and affordable. Very nice renovated apartments. The property is nice as well. My experience here so far has been a good one. Like any other property's you have people that break or don't follow the rules or do things they are not suppose to do. You have unruly/unsupervised kids running around the property. But overall my experience living here hasn't been too bad. Some things can improve but overall I like living here.
An older property, I wasn't impressed. The pool was very small, the buildings are kept but could use a renovation from the outside. The parking was limited, and the spots were small. The units vary in their amenities, as some have been upgraded and some not. The prices are a bit high for what they are offering. The outdoor areas were nice, lovely trees. You can only get in from one side of the road.
I had renovated 2 bedroom it was still holes everywhere in the apartment wasn’t even done properly smh hearing gun shots every night smh break-ins apartments & cars ppl hanging outside definitely not safe place to live & when it’s really the hood I moved in I saw cockroaches which is disgusting & also ppl here are nasty leaving garbage in front of their doors & kids dropping trash everywhere I wouldn’t recommend living here plus neighbors upstairs from me make a lot noise stomping & banging is crazy I’m so happy I’m moving o... read more
