JUST DON'T MOVE HERE. Lived here for almost three years and I have had to call pest control to my unit almost every week for roaches. This complex is absolutely INFESTED and they only go unit-by-unit with the same ONE representative (don't get me wrong he seems nice) instead of treating the whole building. Unless the ENTIRE building is taken care of, everyone knows that pest control won't work. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES. Maintenance will enter your apartment without notice and warning. Happened 10 times in one month and no documentation from apartment staff. Update 7/20 still have roaches . Called my OWN exterminator to find that there was PIZZA STUFFED UNDER the baseboard of my sink in my bathroom and kitchens… 8/26 -9/3 - still have roaches went to go speak to management.
