I lived here for 2 years and 5 months. I had a unit that was renovated very nice. I love the location of how close everything was about 15 minutes to university 15- 20 minutes to Matthews 12 minutes to Noda. I never had a problem with bugs or anything within my unit. If I never had a problem in unit maintenance will come same day or next day when you put in a request for things this building management had great communication overall. I apply first time one month ago a they accept me but I told the girl her name is ivannia to cancel my application because I was not going to be able to move on December so I come back one week ago asking if they still having abaliable Apartaments and she say yes but that I need to apply again so I apply on December 22 and she call me the same day afternoon saying that I was accepted and i bring two money orders $200 for administration and $550 down payment a... read more
My stay started out good but ended up being a nightmare. This place and Ginko the company that owns it really doesn't care about anything or anybody. They only care about the money. If your rent isn't paid in full by the 10th of the month they will start the eviction process. Now you will be charged late fees and court fees which will add an additional $700 to $1,000 on top of what you already owe.
