My stay started out good but ended up being a nightmare. This place and Ginko the company that owns it really doesn't care about anything or anybody. They only care about the money. If your rent isn't paid in full by the 10th of the month they will start the eviction process. Now you will be charged late fees and court fees which will add an additional $700 to $1,000 on top of what you already owe. The manager at Hickory Woods conducted herself in the most professional manner than any property manager I have ever encountered. According to most residents I spoke with, they said this property has proven to have a great customer service and great tenant experience. I am so proud to join this community.
