They have installed a few roofs for me. Great installs fair price, I recommend them to everyone for a higher quality roofing needs. I shopped around and have completed many roofs with other sub contractors and by far the highest quality roofing material at a reasonable price. Also they are proprietary staffed and will get your project done on schedule.
I would like to start by acknowledging that everyone I interacted with was friendly and respectful. However, the overall experience was hindered by poor communication regarding scheduling and overall process. The staff did not arrive at the agreed-upon time, and the initial inspection was ultimately canceled because I was unable to provide proof of loan approval. Safeco threatened to cancel our fire insurance policy unless we had a licensed roofing company remove the algae from our cement tile roof. Tried 2 other companies that said they would help but never called back with an estimate. Axiom 360 came right away, took pictures showing us the algae on our roof, then gave an estimate the next day and DID THE WORK in just a few days.
