Hi I just moved out of a unit here a month ago and thought I’d give my experience. First of all the parking is absolutely horrible there is not enough parking for everyone so most people are left to park in lots near the apartment in which you will be towed and charged $300 to get your car back, and you are only allowed one parking spot per apartment. I usually don’t leave reviews, however my experience with this community has gone from what I thought was hopeful to completely unacceptable. Firstly, it’s a loud, noisy community with neighbors who have zero to no respect for anyone that lives around them. Residents stomp around, run up and down hallways, socialize and loiter outside your doors and are obnoxiously loud all the time. Parking is horrid and they refuse to let you pay for additional parking spots unless you want to pay an unreasonable $130+ per month for a gara... read more
