Extremely disappointed with Axi. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a trading platform. My withdrawal has been delayed by more than a week despite following every step, submitting all documents, and reaching out multiple times. Please avoid! The overnight swap fees for sell/short most pairs are negative or zero. It keeps changing but most of them are not positive swap fees. For example, if you sell CFD forex GBP / CHF, the platform makes you pay USD29.6 for 0.5 lot overnight fees. Srsly? if it is 1 lot , it will be USD59.2 per night. If you long or short BTC/USD overnight, it will be both negative swap fees too. Different user but with the same account type have different fees like swap, spread and bid/ ask price.. instead of being the same When register new account with them , they will invite u to join a special membership of traders for progress monitoring and incentives.. Double edged sword. Don't trust their relationship manager that call you too . They just checking if you are a genuine human so that they can milk your money away.
