This an update, since I cannot delete my original review. I want to thank the Director of Strategy, Sonya, for going above and beyond to ameliorate my experience.
They were cheap, but knowing what I know now, I would have paid extra for an office that actually took the time to respond to my emails without me having to perform "multiple" follow-ups for every email I sent to them. While the mortgage not being delivered on time was not the lawyer's issue, they left me uninformed until after the time for closing had passed leaving me stranded with my mover for over 6 hours.
