This is my second time at Axes Physical Therapy in Glen Carbon. Once again Marion Shaw made getting the paperwork done easily & with a smile. It's always nice to deal with someone who is warm and pleasant and knows is going on with scheduling and insurance. Thank you so much Marion. During my PT, my PT always asked about my pain level, and it never went away, but she NEVER made a call to my doctor to suggest changes or suggested I call. She wasn't prepared when she came to do the exercises she would suggest; she always looked around to see what I had that could be used. (e.g. When I went to outpatient PT, my PT had a strap to put around my foot to be used for stretching and provided Styrofoam to be placed under my knee or ankle as needed for exercises. Excellent and friendly staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Scott Gallant was detailed in his explanation of my treatment. I have had chronic back pain for years and after only a few treatments the pain is almost non existent. Each time I go I feel more confident that I will no longer have to live my life in pain. Both Scott and Sarah are professional and helpful and I will recommend their services to the public. As a matter of fact, I hope to have my husband be treated there soon...Thank you Scott and Sarah
