Chris and his technician Memo were superb. I had a dead and irreplaceable battery in a very expensive remote shade for a skylight. Company doesn’t even make the batteries any more. Chris volunteered to take the battery, found an outfit on e-bay that refurbishes these batteries, sent the battery off to NY, got it fixed, came back and re-installed it. The whole time Chris kept me updated and scheduled the re-install as soon as the battery came back. He charged me just for labor on the first visit and the re-install! You just d... read more
Excellent job! Had several plantation shutters installed. Great price--they beat a national blinds company in pricing. Fast installation. Great customer service. One of the salespeople also works to repair blinds. I had some older plantation shutters in my home in need of repair. It was a long, tedious task. Very reasonable price and she was able to fix them all.
