Very nice people but had my vehicle over a week and charged me for work that was never done. When I called to ask they said their tech never did it and offered me a refund. However Victory Motors paid some of my bill so they only issued me a partial refund. The total amount of my bill was $2850 and victory supposedly paid almost $800 of that, the total amount for the part and labor that was never touched was $160 and they claim victory paid $60 of that so not sure where the numbers came from. Colt and Robert are just amazing. I have had my Jeep taken to them 3 times (different problems each time). They have been great and have gotten it is right away. I can not say enough about the communication and the service with them
Got a new clutch installed here and the release bearing has failed twice sence
UPDATE: Around 2 days after posting my review I was contacted by Colt regarding my vehicle. He apologized for the miscommunication and claimed the phones had been malfunctioning the past week and he left me a text and voicemail. I couldnt find them so whether you choose to believe that is up to you. He had me bring it by Friday morning and it was "Finished" by the end of the day. They replaced the 02 sensor and bolts as well as claimed to put the power steering on a vacuum to get air out of the system. However Im still exper... read more
