Our pine trees had grown so tall and bushy that raking and sweeping the walkway was a daily job, so we needed a specialist to help us out. After reading his reviews (and learning that he had 35 years experience) we called the AXE MAN (CRAIG BENAVIDEZ). He came out that very day and gave us a reasonable estimate and the following day, solved our problem! They exceeded our expectations, hauled away debris, swept & raked the entire area and we couldn't be happier, so Craig & co get a thumbs up from us!

Its mine what can i say! They made me what is good for your trees. So thanks YP. For making me fill this out. Oh by the way take my word for it. My reputation in the tree industry comes from my love and dedication to preserving your trees. Your worth it to see you smile!

Called Craig and he gave me a good bid. He did a decent trimming job but broke a cinderblock fence and didn't tell me. I discovered the damage several days later. It is an older fence and mortar and was weak to begin with but it is the fact that he said nothing about it and stacked it back up to cover the damage. I'm not sure I would recommend him.

Broke things, didn't tell me and covered it up. I discovered them days after the fact. Not the way too do good business.

Called Craig to give us a bid on our 80 ft pine that died in last years freeze. He gave us a terrific bid. He showed up on time and got the job done despite delays the spring winds caused. I would MOST definitely call Craig again. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Hired the Axe man - Craig to prun 4 plum trees & three pine trees (every good price). Showed up in Jan. 2012, and on time and started to work. Trimmed the trees to my satification/liking. Cleaned out the old/dead limbs in the pine trees, plus bird nest. While his helper Mike kept the grounds cleaned up. Craig stated he would return in spring to weed out any dead branches in the plums trees he missed from Jan.. I highly recommend the axe man plus Mike to trim my trees again.

Craig is an arborist and a responsible business person with nearly "gypsy tree cutter" prices. He looked at all my trees, made recommendations to thin, and was willing to beat any other bids I had gotten (his bid was lowest anyway). Also, my workplace hired him to remove a tree that others would't touch. He took care of it. No problem. I give him my highest recommendation!
