Submitted a certified letter to Axe Holistic requesting my medical records and a final analysis of my treatment with them over a month ago. They have refused to provide me with documents I am lawfully entitled to, most likely because I switched treatment providers and they were unable to max out my PIP benefits. I now have to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Health to obtain basic records that they are legally required to release to me anyway. Dr. Binner is absolutely FANTASTIC!! And his team is great and responsive. I feel so so so blessed to have them apart of my life and helping me and my family with our health journey and goals. Dr. Binner has helped me heal my gut and prep my body for pregnancy.
