We wouldn’t be able to travel without the amazing staff at AXCES and all their help. Kate was super responsive with bookings (charges, cancelations, refunds, we sent through it all!) Adam was professional and kind while administering the ART and we had results after 15 mins. Highly recommend this team!
My 11y/o came down with a nasty cold that shared many covid-like symptoms. He was going to play in his first tennis tournament over the coming weekend, and we didn't feel we could risk taking him to a tournament where there could be a lot of unvaccinated kids. The staff at Axces Health helped me get him signed in, and fit us in within the hour, and got my son's test results out to us in hours. Good news, it was negative. The staff was really helpful and we are grateful for their help.
This place is amazing. In a state of panic, I called Axces Labs after-hours trying to get a lab test since Walgreens neglected to send my covid test sample to their lab. The owner, Wenoa, picked up the phone and got me scheduled instantly. She was even able to expedite my lab results which allowed me to catch my flight. Five stars all around for their amazing service and care for their customers!
Super fast and reliable for getting a covid test before travel. Made everything a lot less stressful.
